CRT sets with line doublers are not too plentful. Nice feature!
I'd say if it makes a good picture jump on it!

Unfortunately i had to pass on this TV when i got there i had them plug it in for me and i bought my DVD player with me to try the tv it took at least 30sec.to show a pic. and it was very dark i went into the onscreen menu and changed the brightness and contrast to %75 and it was still not all that bright and it had too much red when the color was only at %20. it had red, green, blue(On screen) controls and all of them wear %50 so i think it had a Bad CRT

The DVD player was set at 480i useing RCA cables and it worked before we left so it is not that. after that disappointment my birthday is comeing up and my dad said he will buy me a 32" flat screen any thing bigger and i will have to pay the difference(Only $100 more for the 47") i found a good deal on a 1080p 47" Vizio and it had good revues too so i am now waiting for that to come. The good news is my 27" CRT RCA that stoped working (that was why i was getting that tv) Is now working %100 it was only a bad plug in the power strip i never checked that being every thing pluged in to it was working fine i will keep that for playing VHS Videos because i don't think it will look good at all on a lcd.

That was what i was thinking as well

good thing i did not rent the hand cart before looking at the tv.
