Symphonic TV/VCR no power

Got this symphonic TV/VCR and I don't know the model as sticker is missing but I judging by VCR mechanism it's from the 2000s. Soon as you plug it in Q601 (K2662)in the hot section starts making a high-pitched squeal. I did check the capacitors in power supply but they are tested in spec so it's not that. I also checked Q601 and tested fine. I don't know what else to do as switch mode power supplys are beyond unless it's a simple repair.

I think I might have found the problem. Transitior Q604 for the feed back to the photo coupler diod had cracked solider joints on all three legs. That could certainly cause a problem with TV not working. I also hop that didn't damage anything else in circuit. I must say funai made some junk but there service manuals are very good for something that was never meant to be fixed.
