Can ANYONE here tell me what sort of chassis this motorola set has? it is a TS-612 (22TS612-A02). Is it a hybrid, or SS and is it hot or cold?

Probably all Solid state:

IFs, Video, Sync, H Osc are all transistors.

Hello Jack, The TS-612 has 28 transistors 1 3BL2 hv rectifier. Transformer power supply a very solid set. If the crt is good a good catch. I have 2 and they are good working sets, as are the ts-610 & 613 chassis. The later 2 have a/v inputs & outputs. All the best, Tom
