it appears to be a storage warehouse for trade-in sets. apparently, the owner has not kept up on maintainance of the facility & apparently is causing damage to some of those sets.
there is a lot of nice looking sets in there & i would not be supprised if many of them still work.

If only they were a few thousand miles closer......

i think most of them will soon be landfill though, i don't think there are many TV collectors in poland, especially with enough space to keep all those sets.

The sets are located in Krakow. I really nice city, I have been there five years ago. Here are some more photos:
