What would be the best way of getting a composite video signal from my Concord TCM-50 into a VCR or a computer for recording?

I was able to cobble together a cable adaptation today that sent the video out from my Concord TCM-50 to an old Zenith ZVW-135 computer monitor. This cable chain consisted of: UHF adapter to F, a short 1.5' coax cable to a F connector adapter to RCA phono plug then a composite video cable into the Zenith monitor. I tried both the 75ohm and Hi-Z video inputs, with the inputs set to composite and I got a nice stable picture. The Zenith also has RGB input and dates from 1984.

I realize this cable setup isn't very elegant but it's what I was able to piece together for testing and I'm pretty happy that it worked.

Thanks for your help
Jeff
