Interesting Westinghouse UHF adapter

Found this interesting UHF adapter at the MARC swap meet today. It appears to be an early UHF add on from around 1953 for certain Westinghouse sets. What is interesting is it is set for a specific UHF channel and has its own fine tuning. I suppose it makes sense for the time, how many towns would have more than one UHF channel? Looking online there apparently was also a model H804, which is a more conventional all uhf channel tuner. If anyone out there has access to a Sams catalog, I would be curious as to which Westinghouse sets this model worked for. I imagine they would have been the 1953 year models given the date the tuner was made (August 1953 for mine).
