1950 Admiral TV set picture tube

I have a picture tube from a 1950? Admiral tv set that I dismantled, was wondering if anyone wanted it? $10.00

I also have all the insides as well. I was thinking of keeping the mahogany cabinet and restoring it and using it for display.

let me know. I am in Hartford, CT Please email me:

Do you have the number of the tube? It would either be on the tube itself somewhere or on the tube chart of the set it was removed from.

Why dismantle the set? Restore it and enjoy it. Please don't dismantle and destroy what is already a rare piece of history.

For $10 I'll take the tube, unless someone here has a need for it but I agree with Jordan as far as taking it apart.

Wouldn't you rather have a working 1950 Television to display instead of an empty cabinet? Visitors to your house will go gaga seeing something that old working, and you can play DVD's on it.

We here at VK would be happy to help you restore it if you are interested.

It's something that can be done by the average person who has a basic grasp of a soldering iron and the difference between a tube and a capacitor. (we can teach you that too if you don't know )
