The set, I remember changing the flyback in, that was a real dog, was a 19" Magnavox hybrid. The original flyback used a HV rectifier tube, where the replacement used a trippler. That part wasn't bad but the kit came with a mess of diodes and other parts. The kit came with a revised schematic, to show where all the parts went.
One of the many reasons, I never had too much love for Magnavox products.

That must have been the Maggie with slide controls along the
bottom. Real toilet. I think I did a FBT in one also. Only liked their
2 board sets, C-1 I think it was. T809 & its ancestors not to
bad to deal with either.....
