Rescued this from the crusher last night in hopes it could get a loving home. Condition of the electronics is unknown, but I'll plug it in later. Anybody want to claim this old girl?

Good thing you've got that van, eh? Kamakiri 04-29-2005, 09:32 AM Kinda fits my lifestyle  :D Tony V 04-29-2005, 07:30 PM Hi Kam, I wish i lived closer to you as i would take it off your hands. Its been a long time since i owned a Maggie color tv. -Tony RetroHacker 04-30-2005, 03:42 PM Wow. Now that's a coincidence... I found a set _just_ like that on the side of the road the other day. (Thursday, to be exact). Only the one I found is the 19" version with a somewhat different cabinet, looks to be a table model. Or, at least, there weren't any legs with it. It even has two metal handles on either side - great for carrying it, it's a heavy sucker! Doesn't work though, haven't had time to investigate, but it's definitely some sort of power supply problem. No hum, no lit tubes, nothing. -Ian nasadowsk 05-01-2005, 12:05 AM Chassis pics? Gott too many transistors in here, don't want anymore sneaking in ;) |
