Just another way to ruin a nice 60s lowboy combo:

Reminds me of the 'couch made from the trunk of a Cadillac' thing.

You know, if they hadn't used such horrid carpet, or whatever that is, I might actually like it.

I'd feel trapped inside that thing. I think I would also buckle those spindle legs, and I'm 6'6" @ 155lbs....

They also have a toilet in their front yard with a dead plant on display.

:yikes:

You sure about that? I'm 6'2"/190, haven't weighed 155 since the 8th grade! If you are indeed 155 at your height, you are in danger of being severly underweight, which is just as dnagerous as being overweight. In other words, you're an anorexic twig. :smoke:

Should have left the EHT section in hiding amongst the cushions so when someone sits down in there its gives them a 'buzz'' that they will never forget!!!! Nuts I know!

I'm 5'10" and 130lbs. I guess I'm about to shrivel up to nothing huh?:D I also eat like a horse and have been this way my whole life. People hate me for it:) They count carbs while I count cheeseburgers:D

You're a whole 8" shorter than he is, but yes you are a friggin twig! :D Only reason I weigh 190 is I work out on a regular basis, most of it is muscle mass even though I don't really look big or anything. I start feeling tired and wore out when my weight drops below 185, 6'6" @ 155 has got to be unhealthy.

Alright...I had to check-with t-shirt&jeans, I am 155 even. I have probably had the same height/weight for at least eight years now (kept getting taller, weight holding about the same). I was 135 when I hit 6 ft in high school.

Finding clothes has to be the toughest thing-especially pants-31x36L fit okay, but not great, when you can find them. Big and tall stores don't start with such small waist sizes. I looked into getting clothes tailored, and short of having them made bespoke, that also can't really happen. I got into an argument with a tailor over the phone, claiming I must have gotten the waist and lengths mixed up. After giving my height and weight to try to show that I was that thin, he told me "honey, if that were true you couldn't walk!"

I'm 6'2, 170. I actually feel like I could lose a little around the middle, trouble is that my elbows/hips/knees are poking out now. Earlier this year I started driving an old pickup with manual steering, and that has been an effective excercise program!

As for the former TV, I don't know, it almost sorta-kinda works, but...no.

I'm 5'4" 155lbs. Try finding 33-29 pants. Wasn't much better years ago, 30-29's are non-existent too.
