This is great! Thats the set thats in all those NRI adds. Youve seen them in probably all your electronic tech magazines from 1968 and up. It was introduced "new" in my 1968 "The new TV repairs you can do" Thats the exact set, very rare especially unbuilt. It would be nice if it were complete. that would be fun to build a tube tv!

This looks like a "hot-chassis" set...has plastic shaft controls and do not see a power transformer: you think they would use a transformer on something like this. Also I wonder what kind of set this is based on...GE?

i asked the seller about the tubes.
it has a bunch of oddbal tubes so its a series job
was interested till i found out shipping to ohio was $150!
