How about Billy Bob Thornton? He was married to Angelina Jolie and if memory serves correct, reports said they had matching tatoos and carried vials of blood of each other. Another skin crawling attribute was his movie "Swing Blade".

If you've never seen "The Kiss of Death" with the late Richard Widmark as character "Tommy Udo", you've never seen creepy. That movie is a must see.

Richard Widmark was a great actor. His character in "Kiss of Death" is a total psycho. His expressions and the way he laughs when he does in his victims is totally convincing and creepy as hell.
