I think by the time the rectangular tubes came out, the rare earth red phosphor was in common use. It is likely a rebuild and the phosphors should be original...as if it was a brand new tube it likely would have been a more advanced type like a 23V type.
I don't think I have a tube manual at home but if you can find one or if someone else has one it will tell you the phosphor type. The red looks really great! It always seems like that is the first color to go bad on weak CRT's. |
