60's Zenith, next step?

I didn't end up severing the whole strip but I cut a big chunk out of the middle. Fired it up and didn't see any wayward electricity at all. Still no picture though. Although that 5 amp fuse looked ok I checked it with my multi meter and it checked out ok.

I got a line on a local repair shop that may check out old school stuff and may have a tube tester.I'll give em a call tomorrow.
