Everybody knows "Who's on first" but I must not have watched enough A&C, because someone at work just told me about this one:

"Take this jar and give it to Mel to hide!"
"What's in it?"
"It's formaldehyde!"
"I know it's for Mel to hide, but what's in it?"
[and so on....]

Also, recently in the Big Nate comic strip there was a nod to A&C:
The paper misspelled his name "Not Wright," then "Knot Wright," after which he called them to say "Wright is right, it's Knot that's not," etc...
His friend, overhearing the phone call, says "Who's on first?"
Nate: "What?"
Friend: "Second base!"
