If you jimmy'd controlls to get a picture, you're just masking the problem. 3" missing maybe blanking problem, AGC?, or low B+ if it included height problems too. The question is, is your HV and B+ low? or just HV? Think about what you had before you began turning everything....

b+ is where it should be,hv is a bit low. and started out with centering problems, height. i have not got back into it again yet but there are a few more caps i have to look into including the disc in the yoke.
