well you guys seem to know more about this tube tester then me so do you guys know the 3 bulbs inside listed as 44 what they are, just simple test light bulbs but 6 or 12 volt because i have a few of the 12 volt bulbs that are the same but just dont know the correct voltage of the originals, but they are still good.

A type 44 lamp is 6-8 Volts 0.25 A if I remember correctly. In most cases you can substitute a type 47 (or 1847) which only draws 0.15 A.
