Are you sure it's the fault of the tuner? try changing the electrolytic capacitors and a soldering defect anyway.
I did not understand if you're looking for a sint or what else?.
Brionvega design is special. Like or not like it, sure that B & O is much better. From a technical point of view B & O no project chassis. I happened to repair B & O whit chassis philips or nordmende. I have painful Brionvega technically, chassis that boil, defective welds, difficult accessibility for service.
