This TV had no Picture on the top half of screen and some retrace lines in the center of screen . I found 2465 10uf @ 160v completely open. 2446 was 2/3 of it rated capacity at 470uf @ 16v. Replacing them was no help. I Found surface mount diode 6460 shorted. The diode is a 482213011397 nla but NTE633 will replace it. I used a nte177 to replace it and it appears to be fine. Could be a common problem when these cap go off value. Figured I would post it here
