Make sure it's saved as a jpeg first, if still too big, I just edit the picture with microsoft paint or whatever, then shrink it a little (like to 70% of orig. size), that will usually GREATLY reduce the picture memory size to where I can post it.

You could also send the pictures to yourself. My computer always asks if I want to send message as is or make smaller. Once sent you can right click the image and save to your photo folder on your computer. Then you can post them here!!!
