A slight excursion from the specifics of Peter Yanczer's camera/receive design to a deep dive into generic mechanical TV principles, design, software and tools including source code for 30 line and 60 line for Linux
I found the following website doing a google mechanical tv keyword search https://sourceforge.net/projects/nbtv-design-tools/ specifically downloads half way down on page Released /nbtv-tools-and-doc-V1-4.zip As specified on the website - not everything is applicable to every design; use as needed, wanted etc.
