Does adjusting the horizontal linearity have any influence on that? It's hard to tell just what's going on there without an image. Wouldn't hurt to try another damper tube.
The main reason I wanted a photo of someone else's chassis is because the photos in the Sams are hard to make out with the grainy quality.
