Yes it is thank you. The only problem i've had so far, is when I first try to load a VHS tape when it tries to play it, the VCR powers off. A simple push of the power button does get it going though, seems to only happen on the first power up.

That can be indicative of what I spoke about. Or, the loading belt. Or, both.
