Here's a good one!

Take a look at the photo and see if you can figure out what's wrong.

I've done that TWICE today! ARGGGGGHHHHHHH!

Gonna go take it apart again and retrieve the adjuster...again!

I did find out there's resistors in there! Another learning experience!
