Did you ever pick this set up?
No, I have not, due to some family matters. My apologies to kx250rider, i know you could have picked this up a while back. Its still there as far as I know, If you would like I can tell you exactly where it is. If not im sure someone here would love to have it. Let me know.

We wound up flying to Dallas this time, but probably will be driving next time (mid-December?). I'll PM you when I figure out the dates... I just don't want to muscle in on this TV, if it was someone else' find.

If one of you really wants this set, let me know. It may be possible to arrange a "Pony Express" from Dallas to NJ to Hilliard if that works for you.

Sounds good. I would like to see this set go to someone who will appreciate it.

Question

Would it be improper to say what the Antique Trader Radio and Television Price Guide gives for the value of this model?

I dont think that would be improper. We all know what a rare set this is. I was pretty sure it was worth well more then $300.00 before I even knew anything about it! I found an old post here on AK where one of these had turned up on ebay, i think that one sold for between $700.00-$800.00, and I bet that was even a good deal.

The Antique Trader lists it at $500. Of course that would depend on it's condition.
