Possible Capehart in STL area

This was listed last week and I think the seller said it was a Capehart. They are asking $200 or "reasonable offer."

That Bendix TV looks mighty familiar...where have I seen it before?

Did Sears ever use Bendix designs or chassis layouts in their TVs or vice-versa? I'm speaking of old b&w sets like this one. I understand Sears' first roundie color sets in the '60s, however, were RCA CTC-12 clones and were actually manufactured by Warwick Electronics; I had a Silvertone roundie in 1970 that could have passed for a CTC12 and likely had that very chassis.
