Great Philips K9 find

That is the set that I was thinking of. They used to be very common here. You certainly have quite a collection of Philips sets.

Here is a tiny picture (the only one I could find online) of a K9 with a VHF turret tuner.



One reason given for the turret tuner is that no imported tuner could receive channels 3, 4 and 5 (no longer in use) which are between 86MHz and 108MHz.
