My first post here on AK...
It is interesting to see the Profeel equipment as "collectors' items". I owned the KX-1901, KX-2501, VTX-1000, VTX-1100, and the stereo adapter (MLV-1100) at various times in the 80's and early 90's. In addition to the color processor, Sony also made an analog satellite-TV receiver that looked like the VTX-1000/1100. At their time, those displays and tuners were the best on the consumer market.
