Found a Philips b&w tube set

This is a Philips N24T798; A partially transistorized 24" b&w TV and FM radio combo. It contains six tubes: 2x PCL805, PCL86, PY88, PL504 and DY802. This particular set is VHF only. I soft started it, and when the tubes warmed up i got a perfectly bright and clear picture, but when the HV system reached maximum voltage, the flyback started arcing. I turned the set off immediately. I tryed to repair the flyback with nail polish, but when i turned it on again i did no get any hv at all and the hv regulator tube got very hot very fast, so i turned it off . So now i (finally) have a b&w tube set that is within rescue. I only need a working flyback. The only big question is where to get one. As i have mentioned in other threads, old b&w sets are very rare in Norway. May it be possible to get a new flyback for this set, and what will it cost? I also have the chassis from an old Tandberg TV with a flyback tht is probably working, may it be possible to use it in the Philips? And, as a last try, what about re-winding the shorted flyback?
