how about portable black and white?

I'd be sorely tempted, but does anybody know roughly what shipping and duties would cost to Eastern Ontario. My guess is that it would be prohibitively expensive. Also, I wonder what the odds are that the set would still be in working condition by the time the shippers finished with it. I think I might be better off checking out thrift stores and flea markets around here. Are there any Canadians on the board who can give me some tips as to where to look. I've tried looking on ebay.ca, but anything near me seems to be a "real fixer-upper", and I am not a techie by any stretch of the imagination
