1996 RCA TV not in focus

I have a RCA F20352SF 1996 TV and the picture is not in focus. It isn't too bad, but any words on the screen such as the satellite guide or DVD menus are very hard to see.

I got this at a yard sale for $20....so it may be $20 lost....but curious if anyone knows an easy way to fix this issue.
