1950 Westinghouse H-610T12 Restoration

I have been given this 1950 Westinghouse with "Electronic Magnifier" and would like some suggestions on where to go after having tested the 28 vacuum tubes and gotten the screen to produce an image. Image on screen began at 95 volts. Photos are at 117 volts. I'm not very good at electronic theory but can read a schematic and am adequate in mechanical. Any starting point in cap replacement would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Dave

I tried to load five photos, but something went wrong. I had to log out and start over again. I'll try sending them again if this thread gets posted.
