So after a little while using this monitor, I have realized that the HV regulation seems funny. I noticed it was bouncing in and out a little bit on the sides when it's cold, and sometimes.

As a test, I use the HV Regulation Pattern, which is a white box that flashes inside the middle of the screen. With this I discovered that the raster is stretching pretty significantly in the horizontal direction during flashes.

I began looking for a problem in the Horizontal, and subsequently discovered there's some problem with the 160V source. I see 155V on the 160V line. There must something blown up in there?

There are a few diodes and such between them, but I am wondering if anyone see anything as a smoking gun?
