Update: I need 11 more new capacitors and am just waiting for delivery. As it stands now, I get a picture but the sound fades out after about 10 minutes. After I get all the rest of the capacitors replaced, it will be totally recapped.

I will then go through and clean all tube sockets and tuner. All the resistors check out fine. It will probably be a good tv once I get it all tuned up.

Thanks for any and all info.
