Help with Sencore VG-91 or schematic

I have a Sencore VG-91 that has been working great up till last week. The RF (programable channels) no longer have any out put. All other functions work video output and IF out. The RF unit has 12 volts on all pins except for one which has around 1.5V. I would think that some of the pins should be switching voltages. The relays seem to be activating when the functions are changed but without a schematic it is hard to tell what is going on.
Any help or schematic would be appreciated.
