Salesman Sample bogus ebay ad

Anyone want to see a silly bogus ebay listing full of CRAP?

This is for a RCA 9" B&W kitchen set marketed for the 1969-70 Christmas seasons and they sold fairly well. My good friend Jim Rinehart was the RCA engineer who helped develop this set and I have one of the three prototypes still in existence.
Why do these new millennials think every thing small (tiny little sets) is a "salesman sample" and if you really want to see good examples and laugh, just ebay "salesman sample" and you will find all kinds of bogus dollhouse stuff and other stuff touted as such!

This ad says there were door to door TV salesman who carried this set.
Has anyone out there ever seen or heard of a door to door TV salesman carrying a "salesman sample" TV? Never happened.
Funny though, there were door to door vacuum cleaner salesman but I don't ever recall seeing "Salesman Sample" vacuum cleaners!
He also says "Tiny little sets like these were made for just that purpose."

I did try to email him and convince him that all of his info is false. Here was his reply:

"You listen here buddy. I dont know where your from or who you are but how I sell my item is my freaking business and it is not yours. I dont care if your the dann Pope, message me again with your harrassment and I'll make sure your account gets suspended for harassment. This is my item and as long as there is information out there that its a salesman tv then thats what its going to be listen as. I sure havent found any information to the contrary. I would appreciate it if you buggered off and got a life. Your self entitlement is showing. Its my listing so piss off and leave me alone."

He also had this to say:
"I have inclosed a link to the correct information about the television set. Just because you don't have the correct information doesn't mean you should be emailing someone without doing your own research as I have. Here is a link to many many articles on the subject. Thank you for your input, I hope you have a wonderful day."

He certainly did his research and said I didn't have the correct information, didn't he?

It's from a Pinterest site that only takes pictures off of the internet without regard if they are accurate or not. I have never learned anything from Pinterest. BTW, How does one correct Pinterest anyway?

Prolog: Turns out Pinterest took a picture from here at videokarma from my posting because my title had the word "salesman sample" in it. This may be my fault! Read my posting below from a posting I did here in 2012.
