Low focus voltage color CRT's.

The CTC22 thread reminded me of the LFV Color CRT's.
It's sad, not too many of them aged gracefully. You couldn't get good focus on them to save your soul.
Toward the end of my servicing carrier, I ran into a real strange RCA mini-console. It was a hotel model and looked like the several years older CTC19. It used a strange chassis that appeared to be a CTC38, but no 2AV2. It used that nasty LFV CRT like the CTC53 or so. I moved the focus jumper all around and still couldn't get good focus! It was a CTC60, haven't seen one before or since.
BTW, I failed to mention it the CTC22 thread that I never used RCA 6GH8's, either GE's or Zenith's.
Back then, Zenith replacement tubes were 70% off price.
