Philco-Ford R-2720BE B&W Set

Can anyone tell me much about this set?

I've had it since early 2000. I picked it up for $1 at an antique store in Volo Illinois that was going out of business at the time, and it worked!

I used this as my primary TV for two years, in fact on 9/11/01, I watched the events of that entire day on this very set...

Anyway, I've not powered it up since 2004 when it went in to storage in the basement of my folks house. I powered it on in February this year and found it still works except the vertical drive wasn't working. I mentioned it to another VK Member, and decided to look in to it today to see why it's not working, and the 17JZ8 has gone white. If I don't have one in my tube collection I'm going to just order one off eBay.

From looking at it, the set is low hours It's very clean inside. I never cleaned it to be honest. It's as it was the day I bought it. All the tubes are still labled Philco, as is the CRT.

I took a peak inside the flyback box to see how it looked and it's very clean.
