Minor Repair Questions

Hi guys,

I had a '93 20" Trinitron shipped to me that didn't have a safe journey.

However, the tube survived. After repairing the cabinet, I have a few questions about things I'm not sure about.

The speakers are torn. They are available as a 'special order' on partstore, but are expensive. What can I do about them? Here is a picture:

I set picture to 50%, with everything else at reset (50%) values as well. With these settings, the picture is good, but the black level is high and strong reds are more pink. Can I know whether the tube is at fault? There is little blooming and the blanking circuit un-blanks in 7 seconds.

The tube also has a small scratch on the front:

Is it possible to get it out? It is light, but reflects colors, and is annoying.

Thanks all. I hope you had a nice holiday season.
