Repair Sencor CR-70 Crt Tester

I have a cr-70 tester that I got from a Tv repairer grandson, who was getting rid of his tv shop inventory, The unit powers up but after setting the controls, the unit will not test any crt's. I would be interested in getting it repaired by someone out there that knows these units. I myself cannot not do this type work.
