How do I get rid of horizontal lines?

Just finished recapping my 1960 Magnavox.
I just put it all back together and can't get the picture back!
There are about 6 or 7 black lines on a slight diagonal angle,
and I cant really see the picture.
Does the set need alot of time to warm up after new capacitors were installed?
I have had it going for more than one hour and no difference.
I don't want to mess with the fine tuning in the lower back, since the picture was perfect before I took it apart.
Unless maybe the new capacitors changed the tuning?
Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks!
