Contec MF 1351

I am having some trouble with this TV. It was functioning, and then I pressed a button labeled FT NOR. The TV shut off, turned on once, shut off, and did not come back on. I would really like to get it working again, as it was just used again for the 1st time in 15 years. Thank you
