b&k dyna quik tube tester

hello all, is there anyone out here that knows alittle about these tube testers? i have change the caps some resistors but one day it started to show shorts for all good tubes and the needle dont drop on the gas test and i cannot seem to figure whats wrong with it.

its a b&k 500
