The first thing I'd look at would be the filter cap that's in the B+ line that feeds the video output stage. This source will likely be off the flyback and the cap will likely be somewhere between 4.7 uf and 22 uf with a voltage rating of at least 200 volts. If that's not it, check the other caps in the main power supply and the caps off the flyback.
