To Part or not to part - 1963 Magnavox Astrosoni

I posted this in the Solid State forum, but i also whated to see what you guys had to say on this end.

I have quite a dilemma that i am facing...I recently bought this 1963 Magnavox solid state record player/TV/Tuner and it has a few issues.

1. The neck of the picture tube is broken off.

2. I tried powering the radio on and the amp does not seem to be working, though the speakers do seem to work.

I just dont know what i should do. If i can get the amp up and working relatively inexpensively then id keep it in tact.

Its actually a very beautiful and well made cabinet, and id hate to part it out and then do what with the cabinet?

Anyhow, what advise do you guys have?
