Phillips TV find

Been helping clean out a TV shop the last two weeks. Uncovered this little gem today. Decided to drag it home and see what makes it tick. Was excited that it was a tube set.

A definite keeper in the collection. Real strange chassis and tuner. The tuner has pushbuttons. The coax cable is cut off on the back of the set. Does anybody know what goes on the ends?
