Fairbanks Morse 21"

Hi guys,
First post here.

I got hold of a Fairbanks Morse 21 console TV, this afternoon I recapped all the capacitors and it is "fully" working now, well, except two problems, the first problem is: it has no color , but I can live with that.

But the second problem is more serious, there is no sound, I can hear the 60hz hummm, so the speaker is good I think, and I can hear a very very low sound from the speaker if I stick my ear to the speaker and turn the volume to the maximum.

The power tube is a 6W6, is it shot or somewhere in the front stages has problems?
