Silvertone color console

This set has a raster; but, I have not fed a signal to it, yet. The chassis prefix is 529; so, is this a warwick, wells-gardner, or something else? I know 528 is warwick; but, have never seen a 529 prefix. Somehow, I have the feeling that these sets were not very good.
