RCA 36" crt question

If memory serves me correctly, a few years ago RCA produced a 36" CRT set that was supposedly a high def. set.
Does anyone remember the set or know the model number?
I have someone who wants to give me a 36" RCA set, with pic in pic option, and matching stand. I might be interested if this is the high def. set, otherwise not to thrilled with it - just a BIG bpc set.
