Identity of this set?

Came across this picture on Yard Sale Bloodbath. Anyone have any idea what brand of set this is? It's not a good picture, I'm afraid. Looks to have a stereo/phonograph/something in the top and it doesn't look very wide. Can't tell whether it's a B/W or a color set.
Any ideas? I find it intriguing; not sure why
